Villa Koen is a modern 5 bedroom luxury villa located within one of Es Cubells exclusive urbanizations, Vista Alegre. Situated just 5 minutes from San Jose and 5 minute’s drive to the famous Es Torrent beach restaurant the urbanization has 24/7 security with CCTV.

The villa provides sophisticated and spacious living with high-end materials by La Maison D’ Elephant. The living room has state of the art glass sea view frontage, dining room and contemporary kitchen with Miele appliance. Master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and 3 sleek double bedrooms with en-suite shower room can be found in the main villa with the 5th spacious double being located next to the pool.

The dynamic outside space offers salt water infinity pool, relaxation and entertainment areas with BBQ, days beds and SMEG fridge. The villa benefits from privacy with no neighbours on the right, front and to the back of the villa, two parking spaces, underfloor heating and air conditioning throughout.
