Ibiza’s status as a party destination has its roots in the 1970s with the arrival of disco and the opening of the very first club in Ibiza. Throughout the rave movements of the 1980s and the house music craze of the 1990s, more and more music and dance venues opened and many famous DJs played for crowds on the island, and for the past decade or so Ibiza has been the undisputed party capital of the European continent.

There’s plenty to choose from when it comes to evenings and nights out in Ibiza, even if classic club nights aren’t really your style.
