Café Del Mar
The original chill-out spot overlooking the Bay of Caló des Moro in San Antonio, it’s still plying top tunes and cool cocktails in its 35th year. Gran Hotel Ibiza
The luxury hangout is a byword for contemporary cool and great mojitos at the rooftop cocktail bar while watching the sunset over Ibiza Town. (ibizagranhotel.com)
The Ninth
