Cala Carbo
A little cove that feels like your own private paradise. With palm frond umbrellas, fisherman’s shacks and rustic restaurants Cala Carbo is a pleasant escape from the crowds.
Sunset
Sure, many people head to the west coast to witness the celebrated Ibiza sunsets. But unbeknownst to most visitors the south has some of its own striking spots to watch the sun come down. Experimental Beach Ibiza at Cap des Falco has the best sunset cocktails while dinner at Es Boldado overlooking the rock of Es Vedra presents some spectacular colours.
Pirates & artists
If you walk all the way to the end of Las Salinas beach and keep going you will come across the most curious sculptures hewn directly into the rocks, a bit further along past some secretive mini beaches you’ll come to the pirate tower. Fun for all the family.
Es Xarcu
This secluded cove is surrounded by pine forest. It’s supremely tranquil with no loud music and no crowds. The restaurant serves up the freshest and best seafood available with a view across the bay that is simply gorgeous.
